If I was to learn from the best in the business, it was a now or never transition and I decided to load everything up and make the move from SW Iowa back home. I currently live just outside of Liberty Hill and am enjoying the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and making new ones. I have always had an interest in Real Estate and have stayed connected to the market over the years. These last two years, although a whirlwind, have provided many great opportunities meeting new people ; both in and outside of the real estate business. Our focus at the Henry Mayes Company is primarily center around Raw Land Deals and Land Syndication opportunities. We are also exploring opportunities in entitlement and and site development. When it comes to the real estate market in NW Travis and Williamson Counties, you will not find a more knowledgeable and dedicated team. I have a B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Agricultural Education from Iowa State University and spent the most recent 10 years prior to joining Henry in the Real Estate business as a high school Agricultural Education Teacher and FFA Advisor. When not learning the business of commercial real estate, I enjoy supporting youth involved in local FFA programs such as livestock shows and career leadership development events. I also enjoy cooking with a local competitive cooking team. After being involved in the Agricultural industry for the better part of my adult life, I enjoy seeing how my knowledge in the Agricultural sector can help property owners realize and understand their exit strategy in ownership of land We look forward to working with you in the future! |
